Graduation Thesis/Research Project] 2022 Fall Semester Guidelines on the Final Report Submission
1. Who should submit: Students who will be receiving Bachelor’s degree on August 2023, including the ones who double-majored
2. Deadline of Submission: April 10, 2023 (Mon) ~ April 20, 2023 (Thur) 24:00
※ No extension of deadline is allowed.
※ The notice for the presentation will be announced later.
3. How to Submit: Please refer to Attachment

◈ Thesis/ Project System

- ID : Student ID Number (e.g. 2010123456) / PW : 1111
3-1. Confirm the information in the system.
(※Even if it is a group project, every member has to enter in their own system.)
① Thesis/ Project Title, ② Tick off whether one is doing thesis or project, ③ Tick off whether one is doing individually or as a group (Required to Enter)
*Enter the correct Project Title/ Thesis Title. It will be recorded in the system. (All the team members should enter the same title.)
3-2. Upload the final report
(※Even if it is a group work, every member has to enter in their own system.)
1) Final Report (*Use the template given in Attachment #2)
* If it is a group work, each member has to write ‘Implementation and Analysis of the Results’ and ‘Conclusion and Comments’ individually.
2) Entire Thesis/ Project
* Upload the entire thesis
* Students with projects have to select files upon uploading
(Students can choose to upload or not to upload in this section based on the format and the length of the entire work. If a student decides to upload in this section, however, his/her supervisor has to confirm with the final output first.)
3) Presentation Slides for In-campus Conference
(*Do not change the template given in Attachment #3)
* Important Notice: Use the given template in Attachment #3 only and upload in the system.
* FIle name: Major_Student Name (Student ID Number)
(e.g. Computer Science and Engineering_HongGilDong (2010123456))
4) Proof of Evidence upon Presentation in Conference (Only applied to students who worked on thesis)
* The host of the conference often issues the proof of evidence.
However, if the host does not issue, photocopies or photos of a brochure showing the following information are allowed as the evidence.
(Evidence should be included ‘Conference Name, Conference Date, Thesis Title, etc.’)
* Only “Submission of Thesis” does not count as the evidence. One has to present the thesis by yourself and submit the proof of attendance.
5) video (Submit only one person if proceeding as a team)
It is a video that presents a work/paper that has been studied for a year.
It doesn't matter if you come out, and you can make a presentation PPT and present it.
But, the research content should be seen well.
(If it's a work, please Perform it) actively present your research paper/work.
- The length of the video: 3~5min
- file type: mp4
6) Thumbnail (Submit only one person if proceeding as a team)
- It's possible if the title of the research paper/work is included or if it's an image file that can express the outcome at once.
- The submitted image will be used for online presentations.
- file size: 16:9 aspect ratio.
- file type: JPG
7) Submission of research field and address. (Submit only one person if proceeding as a team)
- Research field: Check the table below and fill out your field in an e-mail.

4. Note
4-1. One cannot graduate if the reports are not submitted before the deadline.
(No extension of deadline is allowed.)
4-2. It is mandatory to submit Written Oath, Proposal, Interim Report (previously submitted) and Final Report.
(*This is applied to all students, who had assignment of their professors/ supervisors after 2012-Semester 2.*)
4-3. Students who are on their leave of absence or registered on their 7th semester are not allowed to submit.
(Students need to return to school in order to submit and get evaluated.)
4-4. Students who double-majored in majors from College of Computing and informatics are required to submit before the deadline.
4-5. Thesis Title/ Project Title has to be entered correctly. It will be recorded in the system.
