[undergraduate] Graduation Thesis/Project Guidance for additional applications for professors(7 semesters or more)

I will guide you on how to apply for additional graduation Thesis/Project professors among students enrolled in 7 semesters or more of the 2023-1 semesters.

Please make sure to appoint an advisor within the deadline.

* If you don't find your Professor, you won't be able to proceed with your graduation Thesis/Project for the 2023-1 semester.

A. Target

 a. Students in College of Computing who have not yet been assigned an professor among those enrolled for more than 7 semesters of the 2023 Spring semester 

 Or a double major in College of Computing (up to students entering the 2019 Spring Semester)

 (including students in Computer Science and Engineering)

b. Students who are scheduled to take a semester off or are taking a semester off from school in 2023 Spring semester are excluded.

**If you are going to take off this semester, you should go back to school and apply.

When you return to school, application a professor offline.

B. application method

a. Write an application form for an professor (Attachment 1) and get the professor's signature. (Please contact Professor in advance by email, phone, etc.)

b. submission

- Scan and email signed advisor's application form.

* Where a professor is unable to obtain a signature due to a business trip abroad, etc.,

Attach an e-mail from the professor, which includes "Accept OOO student as research/research advisor."

C. application deadline : 2023.2.27(Mon) ~ 3.4(Fri) 5PM

D. Precautions

a. If you register for more than 7 semesters, you must apply during this additional application period.

You may not be able to graduate if you do not have an professor on time.

(※Graduation Thesis/Project period is at least one year (2 semesters).)

 b. The student selected by the professor must upload the Oath and Proposal within the designated period in March
